Requirements:
We are looking for professionals who are willing to communicate and build relationships with clients, client families, property managers of care centers, executives, and other managers at nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
Will have develop each route and ensure each route area is covered once it is established on a continuing bases.
The winning candidate will:
Perform daily sales & marketing activities that will produce revenue.
Including but not limited to:
- Brochure design
- Website updates
- Activities on Facebook and Twitter
- Daily activity report to management
- Lead and opportunity tracking
- Working as team player with other sales and marketing staff.
Participate in professional associations.
Promote educational activities, including tradeshow participation.
Be involved in state, regional and local marketing events.
Be required to work occasional weekends and long hours will be necessary at times – due to the nature of our business being a 24 hour a day support industry.
Some evening work will be necessary at times to entertain with key customers.
This is not a multi-level marketing position, but prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Someone familiar to and known within the local marketplace is a plus.
Income factors based on experience drive to obtain and retain clients to reach an uncapped commission level.

Direct Care Worker
Employer seeks Non-Medical Direct Care Worker.
Responsibilities Include: Provide non-medical in-home and/or community care to the agency’s service recipient, compliance with visit schedule and notification of supervisor immediately when unable to do so, familiarity with all rules, policies, and procedures in providing services, submission of all required documentation in a timely manner, compliance with service plan of individual service recipient and employer confidentiality guidelines, immediate report of any incident of injury to service recipient or employee or suspicion of abuse to supervisor.
Duties may include: meal preparation, washing dishes, hygiene, grooming, dressing assistance, laundry, assistance with eating, companionship, shopping, recreational activities, housekeeping, such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, making bed, changing linens, emptying trash/garbage, cleaning bathrooms.
Hours to be announced, pay: $7.25-9.00 DOE. Certain hours will be on a rotation basis such as weekends and holidays.
Employer requires applicants be at least eighteen (18) years old with ability to pass drug screening and background check. Position requires attendance of training sessions when provided by referring agencies and/or government agency.
Employer further has ongoing requirement for current driver license and proof of current vehicular insurance.
Candidates are expected to be available 7 days a week, to work as required by open job assignments.
